Too many problems. Sales and Techs "forget" to tell me the things I needed before I could even install the system. Most of our credit card tips don't go to the bank because of the software. To top it off you can hardly get on the phone with them, and when you do and theres a problem they can't fix they say a "Level 2 Tech will Call" but never does. I have lost a lot of money because of this system. Yes its nice that its integrated with the accounting but with all these problems forget about it. I have yet to have any of my major problems resolved.
