Horrible company, terrible ethics! I used though AHS and was advised I had to pay up front for all repairs (they also doubls cahrged me for my service fee). Against my better judgement, I did. First of all the tech did not show up. When tech finally came, work was not done (that I was made to pay in advance for) and company refuses to refund $$$. Supervisors do not return phone calls and will hang up on you. Then when filed throught the BBB, they lied and they insatlled temp piping. No piping was installed!! Good thing I took before/after pics. They agreed the work was not done, but still wont issue a refund!!!! CROOKS!!
Not to mention the work being done, was not even needed! They will tell you things need to be fixed/updated that are perfectly fine. STAY AWAY!! And I hope AHS decides to quit using them!
