We approached our engagement with Tavas with some skepticism, having had mixed experiences in the past with other consulting companies. That being said their practical approach and commitment to results were refreshing. I was impressed with their honesty and ability to stay on task. The end results spoke for themselves and we have since expanded our original scope for a longer engagement.
