We hired this company to move us. We soon found out that they outsource their movers and we went from a company that is a rated an A- by the BBB to a company that is rated a D-. They were supposed to stay ALL day to get the move completed. They arrived at 0930 and left at 1400. They claimed it was all our fault. When they did the move-finally- they left 1/2 our stuff in our home town. They did not give us a weight before leaving to get to our destination, like was stated to us. We were told we could use a credit card and the night before delivery, which was late, they called and said we needed a cashier's check for more than the original estimate without the rest of our stuff. We had to pay it or they kept our belongings. After 1 month, we had to go down and pick up the rest of our stuff. It was a nightmare that I am still fighting. We had been promised a lot and given almost nothing. We contacted Nationwide and they made it sound like it was regular business practice for this to occur. I will NEVER do business with them again. I did file a complaint with the BBB but it really ended up doing no good.
