No key and no communication.
I would not buy from them. Three emails and zero communication and coming up to a calendar month. No tracking information and no key either (so no proof of shipping). OK not a lot of money but it is the principle that matters. Yes it was shipped overseas (to NZ) but it is the lack of email response that tells me that they don't care. There are other companies and I have ordered another through them and received a tracking number.

Hello, my apologies for your experience. We do have dedicated email support staff, and online chat available from 8AM-12PM PST. In rare cases when a customer does get a response to an email, we usually find that the our replies have gone to the customers junk mail folder. Please check your junk mail folder. Also, mark our domain as a safe sender for future emails. Last, we are always available for live chat on our website. Stay safe, and hope all is well in NZ.
