One thing i can say about working with Kevin was that he was always honest and upfront with us. He let us know in his view what are biggest issues were and the challenges we would face rectifying them. The last few weeks have been an eye opener for sure. That being said Kevin always took the time to explain his thought process and helped us implement the changes he felt were needed. I can already see positive results from those changes. I look forward to seeing the longterm results as we finish implementing our business plan. I will update at some point in the future with my final thoughts.
