Thomas and his team were communicative and delivered on what was promised. He was professional and spent considerable time explaining his methods and processes. Because of his recommendations we made many changes too our internal procedures and polices. His ability to communicate was instrumental in helping us get the buy-in needed to make said changes. We already see an improvement in how we operate on a daily basis. We now operate and make decisions using real time reporting and data. This alone has made this a worthwhile experience.
