Purchased a futon from this place to use as a sofa and bed,at my daughters, which is what a futon is made for. Within 2 months the mattress started sagging down the back when in sofa position. Me living in KY and purchased this for CA just makes the problem a little more difficult. After the first mattress sagging Sit’N Sleep replaced the mattress with a new on. Within 2 weeks after delivery the new mattress started sagging again. Sit'N sleep told me I could return it for store credit. This is the only futon they sell and since I need something to use as a sofa and bed this is the only thing in the store I can use. They got a supervisor to approve the return of the futon however want to charge me a 20%restocking fee and a delivery fee amounting to about $150.00. I could see this if I just had a change of mind and didn’t want the item, however since the product is defective I don’t’ feel it should cost me anything to return it. Two mattresses within 5 months and only slept on it for a total of about 2 weeks and both mattresses are sagging. After the 2nd mattress was delivered the futons had not been slept on and the new mattress started sagging just like the old one did., I think something is wrong here.
