LP hides behind corporate name, alluded victims of the credit card fraud. - do not use a credit card at their properties

Selvi-Vidovich LP does not follow ethical or civil guidelines in order to stay in business legally in California. For example, the company lists its address with the Secretary of State, which they have not had for over a decade. All corporations must have their actual address up to date with the SOS' office so that process servers can easily find them to save them legal notice.
There isn't a requirement to do business in CA greater than this basic and standard law to keep the corporation in good standing. Their businesses are kept so far apart, it takes finding the company to sue eery very difficult. It's a double slap, after the owners intentionally defraud guests at their hotel, using their credit cards for 6 months after check out, then a person seeing justice needs to hire a private investigator to find their location and to a private forensic accountant to track their cache of funds.
In the end, they can be found. Now the government is looking for them too.
