I requested a loan modification application and stated to the customer service rep (Yolanda) that I am about to go through a seperation from my husband and I fear that we will not be ablt to continue making payments on our mortgages. Instead of her saying that she would send me the application as I requested, she proceeded to lecture me!!!!

I STILL have not received the requested application. I called again and got the same lady (Yolanda). She acknowledged putting through the "request" for the application but doesn't know why it wasn't sent. She then asks me for my address which I verify. Once again, she starts lecturing me after I told her that no, I never recieved any documents or letters - only collection calls. Her response, "well, the collection calls are going to continue...." REALLY? OH MY GOSH I AM SO FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW!!

Now because of them my house is going to go into foreclosure. What recourse do I have? Do I have to accept being bullied by this company?

Not only that but they are incompitent as well. I have been subject to collection calls AT MY WORK - due to the fact that they "forgot" to take payment directly from our bank account as agreed upon to make the monthly payment on our second mortgage. For the past five years we have made our payments on time and this is how they treat us?
