Getting my mortgage through Kinecta Credit Union was one of the worst mistakes of my life. Theit customer service is horrible. Everytime you call, they give you the run around. When you go to the branch, the bank tellers never smile and always make you feel like they are doing you a favor.
I just switched to Lockheed and boy am I happy now... Day and night difference.
