Displaces the lowest of the low!
Goes without saying to avoid this place at all cost.!

On the very first Nissan vehicle we ever owner/purchased, we found that it had several pre-existing factory defects, (& equipemen missing that should have been installed at the factory) so one morning I drive my 89-year-old father, who can barely walk, & who owns this particular vehicle/relies on it for his doctors appointments, & vehicle down to Empire Nissan, for what should have been some simple warranty work, a systems not installed at the factory.
It also had a three to four second delay in engaging transmission from Park Drive, and what a project at the attention of the service advisors and the service manager and they all swore left and right it was normal! They 1st said the trans delay was normal (they swore left & right it was, even the service manger himself!). so they weren't going to do anything about it! Another competetor later said it wasnt normal, installed a brand new trans, under full warranty, easy, imn 1 week!!! (they said Empire woild amke more on a paying customer, that on an 89 yr old cusomer under warranty fixed payments!! Makes sense!!!

They also said if we'd kep usinng our vehicle, the trans would have failed completely over time!!!!! Perhaps when the warranty ran out (& tj\he 89 yr old owner would have be out in the cold!

After having the vehicle for two weeks and not hearing anything for them, I called and was instantly told that the vehicle is ready to become pick it up.!
After doing so and getting the vehicle home I am immediately noticed, but only one of the mission components was installed, and instantly noticed that none of the three to four factory call computer items had been installed at all.
Even the courtesy check Telesat to be done by Mike the service advisor, had actually got been(radiator waterless level, battery water was little, and other which was a total mess!

When I called back the next day, to try to find out how all this matter what happened, I instead cut an indignant response from my service of Pfizer who simply asked so when you bring it back
when I later left a message for the manager to call me back, and said this site tracked the callback so that Mike would call me.

I did not want to talk to Mike in the least, so I asked the customer service lady to please relay in a question for Mike, that being why was I told to come pick up the vehicle when it was never ready.
The response was for my the parts were still being waited for,
however this totally sidestep my question of why still I was told that the vehicle was totally ready(this would mean that the paperwork would have to be put in a cashier's ready box, but the person who did it and it was an accident would not notice that the vehicle is not ready as it would be in the paperwork, plus the cashier who is supposed to go over all the paperwork while transferring everything back over to the customer should read that the lines that said what was John, which it back wall blank because nothing was done, those empty line should've indicated that the vehicle in fact was not ready at all.

None of the service advisors ever apologized for what they did, as it was mentioned ever apologized, and I was never offered any sort of compensation whatsoever for those two solid weeks and 90 and nine-year-old father and myself did not have use of our first Nissan product !

I chose this dealer because of the Better Business Bureau's A- rating, which was actually totally useless to the extreme horribleness of this experience.

In fact in the past that I have used the Better Business Bureau upgrading soon, more and more I found out the hard way that the places that have the best ratings are often hidden myths and often get the absolute worst service possible and then the Better Business Bureau does not really have power to do anything or it doesn't do anything about it since the Better Business Bureau may sound as some kind of an outstanding entity, but they really have no power over if a company wants to screw an innocent person or persons in any manner.
I'll resist by all means using any but the business bureau suggestions and/or companies in the future and I encourage you to.

Furthermore the service was so bad at this dealer, Empire Nissan in Ontario, that Nissan USA should be made well aware of this occurrence,... and it will be!!!

We live pout of the area of Fontana/Ontario, now, & am glad to be away from robbers like this!!!
