DuroPower Inc. Is not a company to purchase anything from. Service and spare parts do not exist. I believe duropower committed fraud when selling what was stated as a 1250 watt generator. The manual had clearly been altered to make it look to be something it is not. But more disturbing than that is the lack of service this company has. Imagine buying a car, having the fuel tank go bad and not being able to replace it' that is what has happened to me Duropower rating is an F. It's much to good a grade for such a poor company. Hopefully someone from duropower will read this and know I do not plan to stop my goal of making sure people stop buying from your company
