1.Sales person was very rude to me, he gave me a degrading remark.
2. We purchased a sofa, they delivered it after their deadline, when we received it, it was faulty, but because it was after the deadline they would not give a refund or exchange.
3. You can not shop there if you have a baby in a stroller!! Aisles are so narrow, you can not push your stroller through.
4. Store is so packed, it is a Firehazard.
5.If you select something on their website and email them, they never reply.
6. My husband dropped his Blackberry and one of the sales guy took it so quick and put it in his pocket, just as well I saw it happening and was able to get it back!
